Welcome!!

Right, so what started out back in 2011 having just joined the gym and found out that not only was I 20kg overweight, but that my body fat was disgustingly high, is evolving! This blog is a reflection of my journey to a state of better health, vastly improved self confidence and hopefully a far more energetic me! It is also a place where I can ramble on about whatever takes my fancy. I cannot promise to write well, but I do promise to be honest in my ramblings.

...Time for Change...

So what started off as essentially a fitness blog tracking my progress after I'd joined the gym, may now just grow into something far more varied.  


At the suggestion of a dear friend...and may I add, a brilliant suggestion and a VERY dear friend... this blog is about to diversify!  Yeah baby!  


It's time for change!  There is so much random "stuff" that I want to write about and I find myself thinking "ooooh no I can't put THAT on my FITNESS blog".  So we're going to move away from the pure gym oriented "stuff"  and we're going to write about anything we wish...I am of course referring to the royal we!!
